FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Photo Turnaround time is one week typically , unless i have back to back weddings in that weekend it will be 2 weeks. I always will let you know, so you know what to expect.
Do you have a recommended videographer?
I offer videography in the largest package. I hire another videographer and photographer with that package. we bring 6 cameras between all of us to capture your day with both amazing photos and video.
What if we're getting married abroad?
Check out the destination package. I shoot free you cover the travel expenses for me and the second shooter. The cost usually works out to the cost of a full day wedding package. This is for anywhere in the world!!
How does the process work?
1. Meet with me
We can meet at my Photography studio in lethbridge or a location of your choice. For my far away couples , FaceTime or video chat is available. This is a great time to get to know each other and help me decide what kind of photos your looking for. while my style won't change its the posing that's different. Some couples love fun, some romantic, and some want unique photos or a blend of all of them.
2. Sign Contract
I do have a contract that goes in place with the deposit. no matter who you book to photograph your wedding day I highly recommend asking for that contract! After that I require a 30% non-refundable deposit , which can be made by Credit card , transfer or debit. The remaining balance can be paid at any time but is not due until 3 weeks prior to your big day.
3. 3 weeks prior to The Big Day
At this point we will meet and finalize the details. When and where you are getting ready , addresses , weather back up plans etc. I will help you build a wedding day time line to keep things running smoothly. The remainder of the balance for photos is also due at this time.
4. getting your photos
All packages include digitals and will be delivered via email with a download link. You can send this link to family anywhere in the world and there is no limit to how many times they are downloaded. You have the option to order prints from the link , these go strait to the lab. alternately you are free to print them yourself at a lab of your choosing. The link never expires and photos are kept backed up for 5 years. For those packages with albums I design them you choose your photos.
